Job Title: Highway Engineer
Location: Raleigh, Charlotte, Columbia, or Charleston (Hybrid - 3 days in-office)
Compensation: $90,000-$150,000 (Depending on Experience)
Job Type: Full Time

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited university
  
• Minimum of 5 years of roadway/highway design experience for NCDOT or NC municipalities
  
• North Carolina PE (or the ability to obtain it soon)
  
• Experience with MicroStation, OpenRoads, and/or Corridor Modeling

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead and support roadway/highway design, analysis, and plan production for NCDOT and municipal projects
  
• Develop project specifications, reports, estimates, and design documents for both conventional and design-build delivery
  
• Coordinate with internal discipline leads and external stakeholders to ensure schedule and budget compliance
  
• Participate in cost analysis, site layout, and planning studies
  
• Support business development efforts and proposal preparation as needed
  
• Perform QA/QC reviews and provide technical guidance to junior staff
