nTyler x Lieu Dit is a wine bar and tasting room featuring two distinct yet complementary wine brands: Tyler, focused on Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, and Lieu Dit, dedicated to Loire Valley varieties grown on California’s Central Coast. Inspired by European wine culture and cuisine, we provide an inviting space for locals and visitors to discover exceptional wines paired with seasonal dishes.
nKey Responsibilities
nFood Prep – following instructions on ingredient preparation and recipes
nCleaning – able to maintain cleanliness of the kitchen throughout shift, execute weekly and monthly cleaning tasks
nAssisting Head Chef – assisting with preparing dishes and following instructions, able to execute menu items as instructed
nPreferred Experience & Skills
nPrior restaurant experience preferred.
nBasic culinary knowledge or a strong willingness to learn (training will be provided).
nHas or can attain a california food handlers license.
nAvailability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
nCompensation & Benefits
nHourly: $18.00
