Posting Summary
Dr. Calvin Lai is looking to hire a full-time (with benefits) Postdoctoral Research Associate in the Department of Psychology at Rutgers University-New Brunswick starting in Fall 2025. The funded term of appointment is two years. This position will be a great fit for social psychologists interested in diversity intervention, prejudice, stereotyping, or discrimination. The position is funded by a startup fund and will have high flexibility to pursue additional projects within the lab.

Minimum Education and Experience
1. A PhD in Social Psychology or a related field by start date 2. Expertise with building lab and web-based psychology studies 3. Demonstrated ability to complete projects, as evidenced by quantity and quality of publications. 4. Evidence of ability to collaborate with colleagues beyond the PhD-granting University.
