nOur tight-knit team in AlphaGraphics - US207 is actively seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join us full time. The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is primarily responsible for establishing and maintaining positive relationships with our customers by ensuring their requirements and needs are met.

nWHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU:
nServe as the primary internal representative of the organization.
nConvey to the customer our expertise in products, services, and capabilities.
nServe as an external key educator to our community and customers.
nCommunicate customer requirements to the support team in accordance with company policies and procedures.
nConfer with customers by telephone or in-person to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints.
nDetermine charges for services requested, collect deposits or payments, or arrange for billing.
nAttract potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
nWHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
nExperience conducting customer needs assessments, meeting quality standards for service, and evaluating customer satisfaction.
nAbility to effectively build relationships with customers and teammates.
nStrong written and verbal communication skills.
