CDA Dental Assistant PT or FT

We are looking for a full-time Certified Dental Assistant who is an energetic team player!

What you will do:

n
• Supports patient care by preparing treatment room, patient, instruments, and materials.
n
• Supports patient care by welcoming, comforting, seating, and draping patients.
n
• Adept at pouring, trimming, and polishing study casts and fabricating aesthetically pleasing temporary restorations.
n
• Provides information to and educates patients by answering questions and requests.
n
• Cleaning and polishing removable appliances.
n
• Anticipates doctor's needs in set-ups, suction, and the passing of instruments and materials.
n
• Documents dental care services by thorough charting in patient records.
n
• Adeptness in Intra Oral photography
n
• Ensures OSHA compliance with the sterilization of instruments, dental equipment, and treatment rooms
n
• Contributes to team effort with an engaging and positive disposition
n

Who you are:

n
• Must have CDA certification
n
• Active CPR Certification
n
• Available to work practice hours as needed Monday through Friday
n
• Experience in oral surgery and computer-savvy is a plus 
n
