nResponsibilities
nDuties for the Management Information Systems role are as follows:
nDevelop and customize MIS solutions tailored to the organization’s needs.
nOversee the integration of new systems and ensure seamless compatibility with existing IT infrastructure.
nEnsure data accuracy, security, and accessibility through regular audits and updates.
nProvide ongoing support for MIS, troubleshooting issues, and implementing enhancements.
nCollaborate with IT teams to maintain system stability and minimize downtime.
nMaintain detailed documentation of system configurations, updates, and processes.
nServe as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to align MIS initiatives with organizational goals.
nQualifications & Physical Requirements
nExpected Qualifcations
nBachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. Alternatively, demonstrate an additional 4 years of related acquisition experience per level if no bachelor's degree is held.
nActive Top Secret/SCI clearance with a Counter-Intelligence Polygraph
nProficiency in database management systems (e.g., SQL, Oracle) and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
nKnowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
nFamiliarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle ERP) and CRM platforms.
nProficiency in managing and configuring server environments (e.g., Windows Server, Linux).
nFamiliarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
nKnowledge of cloud technologies and services (e.g., AWS, Azure).
nDesired Qualifications
nCertifications in relevant fields (e.g., CompTIA IT Fundamentals (ITF+), Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Fundamentals.
nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.
nEffective communication and interpersonal skills.
nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
nWorking knowledge of Risk Management Framework (ICD 503).
nSecurity+ or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire*
