Overview
nCandidate will be responsible for engineering of material handling systems. Each system is custom designed per client based on the optimal solution. This requires a team effort of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, controls, software, and project management. The team will develop and implement a design concept that satisfies the customer’s requirement for safety, functionality, reliability, throughput, and expense.

nEducation and Experience Requirements 1) Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline, preferably Mechanical or Industrial, or equivalent experience2) Minimum of 6 years of material handling related experience
nnKnowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements 1) AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks proficiency2) Microsoft Office skills – Word, Excel, Power Point, and Project.3) Ability to handle multiple project assignments and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment4) Strong knowledge of the material handling business5) Ability to interface effectively with internal and external customers, vendors, consulting engineers, architects, and installers6) Strong verbal and written communication skills7) Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills8) Team-oriented and collaborative9) Self-motivated and detail-oriented10) Ability to learn new technology
