ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Representative for the Ramirez State Farm Team, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.

Compensation: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

• Our office is located in 3223 W Lawrence Avenue & 2968 N. Elston Avenue.
• Our office is open M-Th 9-6 PM Friday 9-5 PM Saturday 10-2 PM.
• I have been a State Farm agent since 2011.
• I am a proud graduate of DePaul University.
• We currently have 9 team members at our agency.
• Additional languages spoken: Spanish
