We are seeking skilled Building Engineers/Maintenance Technicians to join our team. You will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs across your assigned facility, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks.

Responsibilities

    n
  • n

    ·Respond to emergency calls promptly and efficiently.

    n
    • n
  • n

    ·Perform electrical repairs, such as wiring, fuses, and fixtures.

    n
    • n
  • n

    ·Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems.

    n
    • n
  • n

    ·Conduct plumbing repairs, including replacing pipes, clearing drains, and repairing fixtures.

    n
    • n
  • n

    ·Perform carpentry tasks, such as door and lock repairs, drywall patching, painting, and floorcovering.

    n
    • n
  • n

    ·Troubleshoot equipment and perform routine maintenance.

    n
    • n
  • n

    ·Possess basic knowledge of fire systems and their operation.

    n
    • n
  • n

    ·Utilize hand and power tools proficiently.

    n
    • n
  • n

    ·Work with CMMS computer management systems.

    n
    • n
  • n

    ·Possess knowledge of HVAC equipment.

    n
    • n
  • n

    ·Lift and move up to 75 pounds as needed.

    n
    • n
  • n

    ·2-3 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.

    n
    • n
  • n

    ·Familiarize yourself with the company handbook.

    n
    • n
  • n

    ·Carry necessary tools and a communication radio while on site.

    n
    • n
  • n

    ·Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

    n
    • n
  • n

    ·Follow verbal and written instructions accurately.

    n
    • n
  • n

    ·Successfully pass criminal and drug screenings.

    n
    • n
  • n

    ·Obtain EPA certification within three months of employment.

    n
    • n
  • n

    ·Obtain OSHA 10 certification within three months of employment.

    n
    • n

Qualifications

n
    n
  • n

    ·2-3 years commercial Maintenance experience

    n
    • n
  • n

    ·Valid driver's license may be required

    n
    • n
  • n

    ·Strong mechanical and technical skill

    n
    • n
  • n

    ·Strong communication skills

    n
    • n
  • n

    ·Ability to operate with Microsoft programs

    n
    • n
  • n

    ·Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    n
    • n
  • n

    ·Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

    n
    • n
  • n

    ·Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

    n
    • n
  • n

    ·Basic knowledge of fire systems preferred

    n
    • n
  • n

    ·Ability to join a union as necessary based on assignment

    n
    • n
n

Pay: $29 - $38 per hour based on experience & qualifications

n
