Pay Range: $16 per hour

Hours and Shift:
This is a full time position up to 40 hours per week and weekend.
5 days a week 6am-2pm
Must be 21 or older
Summary
We are seeking a responsible custodian to maintain and protect our facilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in building upkeep, physical endurance, and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities:
Prepare spaces for the next day (empty trash, tidy furniture, dust)
Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
Clean and sanitize restrooms, replenish supplies
Clean mirrors and windows
Maintain outdoor areas (water plants, mow lawn, clean entrances)
Use insecticides to prevent pests
Report damages and assist with repairs
Perform occasional tasks (snow shoveling, moving heavy items)
Skills:
Experience as custodian or janitor
Knowledge of cleaning equipment and chemicals
Attention to detail and reliability
Physical strength and endurance
High school diploma preferred but not required
Compensation
16.00 per hour
