What You'll Do:
• Be the first point of contact for Philadelphia residents with parking violation questions
• Answer 100+ inbound calls daily-no cold calling!
• Look up violations, update account records, and schedule hearings
• Solve problems, escalate issues as needed, and provide top-tier customer service every time
Job Details:
• Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, In-Office Hours: Between 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM (Current shift: 12:00 PM-8:00 PM)
• Pay: $18.00/hr to start | $20.00/hr once permanent
• Type: Contract-to-Hire-Grow with the company long-term!
• Location: Center City, Philadelphia - Easily accessible by public transit
What You'll Bring:
• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• 2+ years of call center, customer service, or related experience
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
