About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Partnerships to join their mission of revolutionizing global healthcare access. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive partnerships strategy that is in line with the company's growth objectives. This includes the identification, negotiation, and securing of strategic partnerships that drive revenue, market expansion, and customer acquisition. The role also involves leading cross-functional initiatives with partners to create joint value propositions and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare technology ecosystem. The Head of Partnerships will work closely with the founding team to ensure that all partnership activities align with the company's overall mission and goals, and will be expected to utilize data and analytics to measure and optimize partnership performance. The ideal candidate will have 6-12 years of experience in building and maintaining partnerships, with a proven track record in driving revenue opportunities, particularly in the healthcare, technology, or EHR industry. Experience as a Founder, Co-Founder, or early-stage hire in a startup, proficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics, and a strong network within SaaS, healthcare technology, or AI industries are essential. Preferred qualifications include experience in healthcare AI or related innovative technologies, a history of partnerships that have significantly contributed to revenue milestones, and a strategic, entrepreneurial mindset with exceptional communication and negotiation skills. The role is suited to a candidate who can thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving startup environment and is passionate about the potential to make a meaningful impact on global healthcare.
