About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Website and CRM Marketing to lead the evolution of its digital properties and marketing strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team of experts and guiding key initiatives such as web platform optimization, SEO, CRO, and lead nurturing strategies. This role is pivotal in strengthening the company's brand through impactful online tactics and requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in marketing, brand, content, and demand generation. The Executive Director will also serve as the primary liaison between marketing and IT, ensuring collaboration on business priorities, and will be expected to stay abreast of industry trends, including emerging AI solutions, to deliver forward-thinking marketing strategies. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of 10-15 years' experience in corporate marketing, web properties, and CRM functions. A strong understanding of marketing disciplines, website CMS expertise (preferably WordPress), and experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud is essential. The role demands a candidate with a solid background in data management, testing, and optimization techniques, as well as a firm understanding of security and compliance standards. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, innovative individual with excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills, capable of managing multiple strategic priorities and delivering on an aggressive KPI framework. Experience in higher education is valuable but not required.
