Sales Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop the AE and SDR teams, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture.
- Provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance feedback to drive individual and team success.
- Collaborate with the CGO to set and execute sales strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals
- Oversee and participate in the identification, engagement, and securing of new clients across a national territory.
- Guide the deployment of internal teams to ensure seamless account kick-off and onboarding.
- Serve as the senior point of contact for key accounts, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
- Proactively identify and execute opportunities to expand relationships through creative cross-sell and upsell strategies.
- Own and exceed a revenue quota across our three product lines, with a focus on both outbound prospecting and strategic account growth.
- Track and report on key account metrics, pipeline status, and progress toward goals directly to the CGO.
- Collect and analyze monthly CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Effectively communicate client needs to internal teams and relay updates, solutions, and recommendations back to clients.
- Ensure accurate documentation of all activities, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- 7+ years in account management, sales, or a related client-facing role, with at least 2 years in a leadership or mentorship capacity
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop sales teams (AEs and SDRs) to achieve and exceed targets.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Experience working with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Creative problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
- Experience reporting directly to executive leadership is a plus.
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and guide teams toward shared goals.
