We are seeking a Technical Process Engineer to work with one of our major clients, a global energy business.
Responsibilities:
- Technical Engineering - Provide the process engineering support related to: liquid and vapor pressure drops, heat loss and gain, pressure buildups and drops, carbon and liquid scrubbers absorptions, PVSV capacities, PFDs, etc.
- Project Management - Review as needed, the design and engineering work performed by consultants and contractors, to help ensure engineering, quality, Operations friendly, and QHSE standards are being met. Sales -> Provide initial assessments of new sale opportunities developing the scope and schedule estimates with stakeholders' approval.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering
- 7+ years in a chemical/petrochemical plant, refinery or multi discipline engineering firm.
- Full facility experience with comprehensive understanding of logistics, utility infrastructure, and coordination with multiple departments, specifically Operations, Maintenance, and QHSE.
- Experience and working knowledge with a wide range of chemicals and all their properties; including reactive, physical, health, hygiene, fire & safety.
