Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and analyze RF waveguide antenna systems for radar applications.
  • Lead RF PCB design, integration, and testing for radar systems.
  • Perform comprehensive RF systems integration and testing to ensure performance and reliability.
  • Drive innovation in millimeter-wave antenna and system design, analysis, and testing.
  • Develop and implement millimeter waveguide technologies specifically for automotive radar systems.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
  • Document and present design processes, testing procedures, and results to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in RF waveguide antenna design and development.
  • Extensive knowledge of RF PCB design and RF systems integration/testing.
  • Expertise in millimeter-wave antenna and systems design, analysis, and testing.
  • Specialized experience with millimeter waveguide technology for automotive radar systems.
  • Proficiency in using RF design and simulation tools (e.g., HFSS, CST, ADS).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
