Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and analyze RF waveguide antenna systems for radar applications.
- Lead RF PCB design, integration, and testing for radar systems.
- Perform comprehensive RF systems integration and testing to ensure performance and reliability.
- Drive innovation in millimeter-wave antenna and system design, analysis, and testing.
- Develop and implement millimeter waveguide technologies specifically for automotive radar systems.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Document and present design processes, testing procedures, and results to stakeholders.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in RF waveguide antenna design and development.
- Extensive knowledge of RF PCB design and RF systems integration/testing.
- Expertise in millimeter-wave antenna and systems design, analysis, and testing.
- Specialized experience with millimeter waveguide technology for automotive radar systems.
- Proficiency in using RF design and simulation tools (e.g., HFSS, CST, ADS).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
