Now Hiring: Outside Services Staff
Location: Marriott Hotel & Golf Club at Champions Circle, Fort Worth, TX
Purpose for the Position:
To assist guests to promote all aspects of their Golf experience including reservations, F&B, green fees, and membership. Primary focus on guest service to guest and members.
Essential Responsibilities:
• Responsibilities to greet all guest and members in a warm, friendly manner
• Assist guest/members with golf bags, loading and unloading onto carts, club-cleaning services, and maintain bag storage system
• Transport clubs to/from vehicles. Pick up and drop off guest golf bags at bag drop
• Assist golfers with carts and equipment
• Distribute score cards and pencils to golfers
• Remove golf carts from storage area and stage for play
• Clean, wash, detail, and restock golf carts before/after each use
• Immediately communicate any damage or deficiency of the golf course, or carts
• Maintain constant communication with Golf Pro Shop Services
• Set-up/reset/breakdown golf practice range
• Responsible for the collection of, organization of, and cleanliness of all range baskets and balls
• Follow procedures for proper opening and closing of the cart and range operations
• Responsible for cart cleanliness, cart supplies, cart condition, cart battery to ensure cart readiness
• Assist Golf Pro Shop Guest Services
• Keep outside areas neat and clean and stocked, including trash pickup, restroom cleanliness, water stations
• Follows established opening and closing procedures
• Reports to work for scheduled shift, on time and in uniform in accordance with company policy.
• Knows and complies with all company policies and procedures pertaining to this position and its duties
• Embrace O'Reach, Green Team, Guest Service, Team Member Satisfaction, and Safety culture
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or requested
Skills & Abilities:
• Follow instructions
• Speak English clearly and listen carefully.
• Use personal judgment and specialized knowledge to give information to people.

Education & Experience:
• Minimum of 1 year in a customer service role preferred
• Minimum of High School education or GED
Physical Requirements of the Position:
• Requires a minimum lifting capacity of 50 pounds. Must be able to bend, and lift items of 40 pounds minimum, over head for storage. Must be able to transport food and cooking utensils with food products, weighing as much as 10 pounds.
Physical Activity of the Position:
• Stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, picking/pinching with fingers, typing, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, repetitive motion.
Environmental Conditions:
• Outside: No effective protection from weather. A job is considered "outside" if the worker spends approximately 75 percent or more of the time outside.
• Noise and Vibration: Sufficient noise, either constant or intermittent, to cause marked distraction or possible injury to the sense of hearing, and/or sufficient vibration (production of an oscillating movement or strain on the body and its extremities from repeated motion or shock) to cause bodily harm if endured day after day.
