In support of their continued growth, they are expanding their quality department and actively seeking skilled professionals to join the team. Committed to innovation and continuous improvement, they utilize state-of-the-art tube mills and advanced re-cutting capabilities to enhance their manufacturing processes. As part of their rapid expansion, they are looking to add a Quality Engineer to support and strengthen their quality initiatives.
Job Description

• Maintain compliance with ISO 9001 QMS
• Performing process checks/inspections
• Collecting data and analyzing data utilizing SPC
• Problem solving utilizing root cause, 8D, 5Why
• Gauge R&R and gage calibration

The Successful Applicant

• Experience working in a metal/machining manufacturing environment (plastic background is applicable)
• Experience reading and interpreting blue prints
• Strong background with ISO 9001 QMS
• Strong problem solving skills (CAPA)
• Auditing experience is a plus but trainable
• No sponsorship is offered for this role
