We are looking for experienced and passionate Line Cooks to bring their culinary skills to our team and help create exceptional dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.

Key Responsibilities

n

Prepare and execute dishes according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.

n

Manage assigned station efficiently and maintain high standards for quality and cleanliness.

n

Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service during busy shifts.

n

Maintain inventory and ensure ingredients are properly stocked and rotated.

n

Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and health regulations at all times.

n

Qualifications

n

Previous experience of two years as a line cook in a high-volume or upscale dining environment.

n

Strong knowledge of Mexican cuisine or a willingness to learn and embrace its flavors and techniques.

n

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

n

Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.

n

Culinary school training is a plus but not required.
