The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying inefficiencies, reducing waste, and driving operational excellence using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

Job Duties
- Lead and facilitate Lean Six Sigma projects to improve business processes and performance.
- Conduct Value Stream Mapping (VSM), root cause analysis, and process diagnostics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PE/PL/SPD) to identify improvement opportunities.
- Support the development of a continuous improvement culture across the organization.
- Conduct detailed process mapping and analysis to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement of wafer/chip
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOP) to sustain improvements.
- Analyze data using statistical tools to validate root causes and measure process performance.
- Drive the adoption of Lean Six Sigma culture across company through coaching, training, and implement in
- Support strategic planning by identifying improvement opportunities aligned with business goals.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Project Management to lead and manage multiple improvement projects simultaneously.
- Expertise in tools like 5 Whys, Fishbone (Ishikawa) diagrams, and FMEA for Root Cause
- Understand and Implement ISO9001/TL9000 QMS requirement for business and manufacture lines.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or a related field preferred Material, Electronic Engineering, Science, Optical Engineering, Semiconductor, Physics, etc.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification (required).
- 2+ years of experience in process improvement, operations, or quality improvement.
- Strong knowledge of Lean tools (5S, Kaizen, VSM, Kanban) and Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC, DMADV and statistical analysis).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Experience in manufacturing, semiconductor, and telecommunication preferred.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, e.g., SAP and digital transformation initiatives.
- Process Mapping & Analysis, Proficient in tools like Value Stream Mapping (VSM), SIPOC, and flowcharts
- Statistical Analysis: Skilled in using tools like Minitab, JMP, or Excel for hypothesis testing, regression, control charts, etc.
- Data-Driven Decision Making, Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent presentation and reporting skills, good organization and multi-tasking skills and excellent attention to details
This position will be on-site based in Sugar Land, Texas.
