About the Role
As a MidMarket Account Executive , you'll own the full sales cycle for customers in the 250-5000 employee range-from discovery to close. You'll work directly with our founding GTM team to turn founderled success into a scalable, repeatable motion, and you'll have the autonomy to experiment with messaging, tooling, and territories as we move upmarket.

You'll work directly with our founding GTM team to turn founderled success into a scalable, repeatable motion, and you'll have the autonomy to experiment with messaging, tooling, and territories as we move upmarket.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of both inbound and selfsourced opportunities, consistently exceeding monthly and quarterly targets.
- Run discovery calls, live demos, and technical deepdives that translate Vapi's capabilities into clear ROI for midmarket buyers.
- Navigate multistakeholder deals, coordinating product, legal, and security reviews to contract signature.
- Collaborate closely with marketing on targeted campaigns and with product to relay market feedback.
- Represent Vapi at events and on webinars, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor on voice AI.
- 24 years of quotacarrying experience in B2B SaaS, with a focus on midmarket accounts.
- Proven ability to close deals in the $120k+ range and consistently surpass monthly quotas.
- Experience selling technical or developerfocused products; able to speak credibly with engineering and product leaders.
- Competitive, entrepreneurial mindset with the grit to thrive in an earlystage startup.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- 20% uncapped commission -we love writing commission checks.
