- Execute grill and sauté dishes with consistency, speed, and attention to detail
- Maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards
- Prep and cook for weddings, tournaments, events, and à la carte service
- Keep tools, equipment, and prep areas spotless and organized
- Occasionally interact with guests through display or action station cooking
- 2-3 years of line experience preferred - but we're open to training serious, motivated candidates
- Strong knife skills and ability to follow recipes
- Clean, dependable, and takes pride in their station and professionalism
- Effective communicator and team player
- Can lift 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and thrive in a warm, busy kitchen
- Calm under pressure with a positive, problem-solving mindset
