This role focuses on hands-on, cross-functional efforts for data collection, failure diagnosis, root cause resolution, and collaborating to ensure flight reliability and production speed. Expect to partner closely with Engineering teams for sustainable improvements.nKey Responsibilities:nnDevelop software scripts and interfaces for telemetry and test data collection, processing, and analysis.nLead root cause analysis for assemblies, driving recovery and disposition strategies.nConduct failure mode analysis and continuous improvement feedback to design and manufacturing teams.nWork with Test and Manufacturing Engineers to resolve yield blockers and recurring issues.nOptimize test flow for production efficiency without compromising flight qualifications.nnMust-Have Skills:nnProficiency in Python, MATLAB, C, NI TestStand, etc. or similar scripting languages for test automation and data analysisnExperience with development and testing of electro-mechanical systemsnHands-on experience with sensors, actuators, DAQ systems, and embedded systemsnUnderstanding of manufacturing execution systems (MES) and integration of test data pipelines.nnIndustry Experience:nExperience in aerospace or related high-reliability manufacturing settings is preferred.nABOUT AKRAYAnAkraya is an award-winning IT staffing firm consistently recognized for our commitment to excellence and a thriving work environment.
