Job Responsibilities
- Monitor food quality and freshness to ensure every dish meets company standards.
- Operate kitchen equipment, including woks, steamers, grills, and fryers, safely and efficiently.
- Assist with opening and closing kitchen duties, including cleaning, restocking, and organizing supplies.
- Assist with other kitchen tasks as needed, including line cooking or dishwashing during busy periods.
- Ability to be a team player.
- Ability to learn in a fast speed.
- Effective communication skills.
- Punctual attendance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintains safe and healthy kitchen environment by following organization cleaning standards and sanitation regulations.
