Responsibilities:

n
• n

  Work closely with production to ensure product quality and resolve issues

  n
n
• n

  Establish and maintain internal quality standards and documentation

  n
n
• n

  Make quality decisions on suspect parts and implement corrective actions

  n
n
• n

  Support customer needs on quality issues, correspondence, and policy matters

  n
n
• n

  Assist in Cpk studies, force testing data, and continuous improvement initiatives

  n
n
• n

  Travel offsite as needed to support quality-related activities

  n
n

Qualifications:

n
• n

  Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience

  n
n
• n

  3–5 years of quality engineering or production support experience

  n
n
• n

  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret blueprints and reports

  n
n
• n

  Familiarity with ISO/TS standards preferred

  n
n
• n

  Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access)

  n
n
• n

  Effective verbal and written communication skills

  n
