Are you an experienced wellness professional who loves helping people feel their best with massage therapy? Our successful chiropractic practice is hiring a professional, patient-oriented massage therapist. We’re looking for a dynamic, mature, and friendly team player who has experience with various massage techniques, including prenatal, is deeply committed to creating a positive patient experience, and is accustomed to treating multiple physical conditions and developing individualized treatment recommendations. You must have graduated with at least 500 hours of massage education and hold an active CAMTC certification. If this sounds like you, we want to meet you! Responsibilities: • Keep track of client treatment records and plans and monitor improvement • Cultivate a welcoming work environment by making positive relationships with clients and staff • Treat clients safely and effectively using the appropriate therapeutic massage techniques that meet their needs • Provide therapeutic deep tissue, myofascial release, and prenatal massage to alleviate pain and increase biomechanical function; cupping is a plus. • Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual needs and treatment recommendations. • Utilize knowledge of anatomy and physiology to apply appropriate techniques. • Maintain accurate records of treatments and patient progress. • Ensure a high level of patient service and comfort throughout each session. • Adhere to all health and safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment. • Use your best communication skills with the doctor, staff, and patients. Qualifications: • Must have worked as a massage therapist in a professional setting for at least one year • Must have licensure that complies with state and local laws • High school graduate or equivalent • Must be excellent at communication and interpersonal relationships • You must be authorized to work in the US. • You must be willing to have a background check. Compensation: $35 - $45 hourly
