Your Responsibilities

* Initiate contact with potential candidates to present MLR's opportunities and assess their interest
* Arrange meetings between candidates and our recruiters for in-depth discussions
* Follow up with leads to sustain interest and assist them on their hiring journey
* Keep precise and updated records in our applicant tracking system
* Earn commissions tied to meetings arranged, interviews conducted, and successful placements stemming from your leads
