Job Responsibilities
- Maintenance & Repair Support: Assisting mechanics with vital services like tune-ups, oil changes, tire and brake inspections, and spark plug replacements.
- Electrical System Assistance: Supporting the repair and maintenance of vehicle electrical systems, including battery, starter, and lighting replacements.
- Quality Assurance: Conducting test drives to verify the effectiveness and completeness of repairs.
- Shop Maintenance: Maintaining a clean and organized workspace by cleaning the shop and ensuring tools are properly stored.
- Inventory Management: Monitoring and managing the stock of replacement parts and equipment.
- Equipment Inspection: Regularly inspecting tools and equipment to guarantee they are in safe and functional condition.
- Record Keeping: Updating maintenance and repair logs to maintain accurate vehicle service histories. Vehicle Upkeep: Maintaining a variety of vehicles, potentially including company fleets of cars, trucks, heavy equipment, and tractor/trailers.
- Additional Support: Performing other related duties as needed to support the overall efficiency of the maintenance and repair operations.
- Knowledge of vehicle repair.

- Ability to read service and repair manuals.
- Ability to complete assigned tasks in a timely fashion.
- Extensive knowledge of all aspects of vehicle repair.
- CDL (Preferred).
