PM's on HVAC, electrical, plumbing
Facilities maintenance services
Years of Experience needed: 3-4 yrs
Level of Education:
h.s. diploma with applicable experience
Certifications/Licenses: EPA 608 License or NFPA 70E preferred
Top Must have Skills:
Good verbal communication
Good maintenance skills
Good time management
Top Nice to have Skills:
Prior electrical experience
Ability to work independently with limited supervision
