POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Quality Engineer your roles and responsibilities will include:

  • Act as a key quality resource on the production floor, participating in daily operations and driving continuous improvement.
  • Review changes to product specs, formulations, packaging, and labeling - ensuring compliance and quality at every step.
  • Support product launches, line trials, and pre/post-launch reviews.
  • Own validation activities (PQ/IQ/OQ) and maintain site validation protocols and master plans.
  • Train teams on GMP, quality procedures, and tools such as CAPA, Change Control, and Failure Investigations.
  • Drive alignment between operations, procurement, technology, and vendors to meet company quality standards

QUALIFICATIONS
Most importantly, you need to be a passionate Quality Engineer who enjoys his work and is considered to be one of the best within your organization. The ideal Quality Engineer would be someone with deep experience in many (if not all) of the following:
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related discipline.
  • 2-3+ years in a manufacturing or quality engineering role.
  • Strong project management and communication skills in a high-energy, regulated environment.
  • Experience with cGMP and 21 CFR Part 210/211. ( Preferred )
  • Familiarity with SAP, validation software (like KNEAT), or plant systems such as InBatch. ( Preferred )

Compensation: Based on Experience. One of the best in the industry

Minimum Experience: 2-3+ years in a manufacturing or quality engineering role.
