Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement export strategies to expand market presence and achieve revenue targets in global markets.
- Market Analysis: Monitor global metal markets, identify new business opportunities, and adapt strategies to capitalize on emerging trends.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all export activities comply with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and industry standards.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Team Development: Mentor a team of export professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Logistics & Supply Chain Management: Oversee the coordination of shipments, transportation, and warehousing to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods to international customers.
- Financial Management: Prepare and manage export budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the export process and develop mitigation strategies to protect the company's interests.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including sales, operations, and finance, to streamline processes and achieve organizational objectives.
