Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range: $120,000-$150,000 + bonus potential

- Lead engineering scope development for process projects including P&IDs, equipment sizing, and utility planning
- Manage equipment selection, installation, and commissioning in coordination with external vendors and contractors
- Deliver capital projects on time and on budget, maintaining compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements
- Provide subject matter expertise in food manufacturing processes, working alongside production, maintenance, and QA teams
- Partner with maintenance to support asset care strategies and long-term equipment reliability
- Maintain accurate documentation and support change control, validations, and audits
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities in process design and system integration
- BS in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or related discipline) required
- 7+ years of experience in process or project engineering within a food manufacturing or regulated production environment
- Strong background in developing process documentation (P&IDs, flow diagrams), equipment specs, and layout planning
- Experience managing capital projects from design through commissioning
- Familiarity with food safety standards, GMPs, and sanitary design requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SAP; knowledge of PLC/controls systems (Allen-Bradley) preferred
- Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills
- Lean/Six Sigma or other continuous improvement certifications are a plus
