Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Apprentice Carpenters for projects located in and around Syracuse, NY. This is a first shift opportunity with a pay range of up to $25/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

  Assist with reading and interpreting diagrams for wall installation

  n
n
• n

  Use hand and power tools (battery-powered drill, measuring tape) to install and anchor prefab walls to ceilings on T-tracks

  n
n
• n

  Ensure all installations are level, flush, and secure

  n
n
• n

  Take daily progress photos for project documentation

  n
n
• n

  Follow site safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area

  n
n

Requirements:

n
• n

  Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  n
n
• n

  Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship

  n
n
• n

  Basic tools of the trade

  n
n
• n

  Standard PPE

  n
n
• n

  Willingness to work extended hours, including weekends

  n
n
• n

  Prior carpentry or construction experience preferred

  n
