nKitchen Tune-Up is growing at an exciting pace! We are seeking dedicated team members to join our team as project managers and complete kitchen remodeling projects in homes across our community. We are seeking career-minded remodelers or construction professionals who are willing to learn new techniques and are looking for a stable, well-paying career.
nKey Responsibilities
nArrange for delivery of materials to the jobsite and communicate timelines with clients.
nInspect the completion of the project and forward feedback to the owner and other team members.
nRun multiple jobsites efficiently and safely.
nCoordinate w/ subcontractors and team members and manage scheduling.
nCreate and maintain schedules that make sure upcoming events are communicated, tracked, and being proactively managed.
nManage and coordinate the day-to-day field work to ensure it is conducted according to our company Trustpoints, within the scope of the contract, within budget, and compliant with codes and ordinances.
nPlan, construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures using wood and other materials.
nMeasure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials with expert precision.
nRead and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents.
nSupervise and mentor junior carpenters and apprentices.
nEnsure all work meets quality and safety standards.
nCollaborate with designers, contractors, and clients to ensure project satisfaction.
nMaintain tools and workspaces in excellent condition.
nMeet project deadlines while maintaining high level quality of work performed
nAbility to identify problems and come to timely and cost effective solutions.
nQualifications
nExcellent attention to detail and ability to follow directions.
nAble to drill for hinges.
nAble to install doors and drawer fronts.
nAble to install roll-out trays in cabinets.
nStrong self starter with ability to identify issues and offer timely and cost-effective solutions.
nAbility to safely operate power hand tools including a table saw, band saw, power hand saw, router, planer, and powered nail gun.
nMinimum of 8–10 years of professional carpentry experience.
nProven experience in high-end residential or commercial construction.
nMastery of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials.
nAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
nStrong leadership and team coordination skills.
nValid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
nOSHA certification (preferred).
