- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a high level of satisfaction
- Document interactions and maintain accurate records in the system
- Collaborate with internal departments to escalate and resolve complex issues
- Follow company procedures and service standards at all times

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus
- 1+ year of experience in customer service or a client-facing role
