Position: State Farm Sales and Service Generalist
Licensing
• Property and Casualty License
• Life Insurance License
Licensing Reimbursement ( needed to start)
• If a prospect can pass the exam within 2 attempts all costs associated with passing the exam will be reimbursed.
• We recommend using Kaplan.com to purchase study courses. If using Kaplan, use the discount code: STATEFARMDISCOUNT
• We recommend purchasing the zoom course to improve the odds of passing the exam within 3 attempts
• The cost of each exam is $40.00
• You will be required to pass the Michigan Property and Casualty Producer/Solicitor exam
• You will be required to pass the Michigan Life Insurance Producer exam
Compensation
• 9am- 5pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
• PTO

• Health insurance stipend after 30 days.
Responsibilities:
• In-bound and outbound sales calls 60-100 Sales Calls per day
• Inbound Customer service calls 15-30 calls per day
• Selling Auto, Home, Fire, Life, and Business Insurance
• Cash handling
• Billing and Payments
• Assisting and educating current clients
Sales Expectations
• 20 Auto
• 10 fire
• 4 Life Insurance Polices
Training - Paid Training
Compensation: $30,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

- Starting Base Salary $25,000 Annual Base Guaranteed Base
- Commission and bonuses
- First Year associates make $42,000 to $60,000
- Managerial Roles
- Branch Ownership

- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.

- Our office is open 9am-5pm.
- I have been a State Farm agent since 2011.
- Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
