What you will be responsible for:
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for cloud platform products, aligning with corporate growth objectives in North America and Europe.
  • Lead and manage a regional or global sales team, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and daily operations.
  • Set annual sales targets, monitor KPIs, and ensure team execution meets or exceeds revenue and margin goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to refine offerings based on market feedback and client requirements.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings to enhance brand visibility and build strategic relationships.
  • Drive key enterprise deal closures, personally lead high-value negotiations, and act as executive sponsor for major accounts.
  • Provide regular executive-level reporting on pipeline, forecasts, and competitive intelligence to inform strategic decisions.
How you will stand out:
  • 4+ years of experience in enterprise software, cloud computing, or infrastructure sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling high-performing sales teams, ideally in international markets.
  • Strategic mindset with strong business acumen; able to balance long-term vision with short-term execution.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to communicate effectively with C-level stakeholders.
  • MBA or equivalent business/management education is a plus.
  • Familiarity with GPU cloud, AI training/inference workloads, or high-performance computing environments is a strong advantage.
