HR Admin Assistant
nnOn Site in Rancho Santa Margarita
nnSchedule: Monday-Friday 8AM to 5PM
nnPay Range: $21-24/HR, Depending on Relevant Experience.
nnFantastic restaurant franchise operating out of California is currently seeking a dynamic HR Admin Assistant for their Rancho Santa Margarita office. This is an ideal role for a recent college graduate or someone with a background providing assistance in a Human Resources role. We are seeking a candidate who is bilingual in English and Spanish as well as someone who is open to working our early morning shift.
nnResponsibilities:

- Assist with new hire paperwork, orientation, and training. n
- Process change of status paperwork for employees. n
- Process required documents for Leaves of Absences; Update and track LOAs using the reports. n
- Review and order uniforms for new hires. n
- Update and post the Employee Directory. n
- Order office supplies as necessary. n
- Distribute company outreach via flyers and email. n
- Assist with scheduling interviews with job candidates. n
- Assist with coordinating employee events such as lunches, Employee Appreciation days, and Birthday celebrations. n
- Assist during our annual employee safety training (English & Spanish) n
- Assist with translating memos, forms, and other correspondence from English to Spanish. n
Qualifications:
nn- n
- Bilingual English/Spanish (read, write, speak) n
- HS Diploma or GED + 3 years of experience in an HR role n
- Additional education and experience is a plus. n
- Intermediate MS Office Skills n
- Ability to maintain confidentiality on employee information. n
