ROLE DESCRIPTION: Mike Peters State Farm Insurance Agency is searching for a competitive Producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As our Account Representative, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage client insurance accounts and update information.
• Focus on new insurance business and prospect the leads generated by lead sources.
• Assist clients with policy changes and renewals.
• Provide information on insurance products and services.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with clients.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance is required
• Property & Casualty License (2-20 or 20-44) AND/OR Life & Health License (2-15) required

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
