Kitchen Team Lead Job Responsibilities:
- Managing day to day cash responsibilities
- Master every position and become highly proficient at all
- Teach and coach sanitation practices and procedures
- Running Daily Huddles
- Overseeing daily inventory needs
- Engaging and resolving customer complaints
- Owning and managing daily, weekly and monthly goals
- Shift organization and restaurant needs
- Managing team member performance
- Coach recipe adherence and standards

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be available to work a varied schedule, including nights and weekends
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
