fastly growing Electrical Contractor in Florida is actively searching for a Project Executive to join their main office in the St. Augustine, Florida area. This company focuses on new electrical projects for large Commercial/Multifamily buildings all throughout the Southeast Region.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee a team completing all phases of multiple electrical projects, including planning, procurement, construction and closeout.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term relationships.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
- Develop, manage, and monitor project budgets, ensuring financial performance aligns with company goals.
- Establish project timelines and ensure adherence to deadlines.
- Identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Ensure all work meets company and industry standards, as well as client expectations.
- Stay updated on relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards, ensuring all projects are compliant.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred but not required
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale electrical projects.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction processes, and industry regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- ctive Master our Journeyman Electrical license preferred.
- PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
