A successful Sales & Front Desk Associate is outgoing, self-motivated, an independent problem solver, and a compassionate dog lover! We are looking for a motivated team member who wants to advance their career through our training path to become a Scenthound Manager!
nTasks:
nDrive membership sales through health and wellness education
nDrive key performance indicators – average ticket price and rebook ratio – through memberships, service
nadd-ons, and retail sales
nDevelop membership leads; Follow up with potential members
nAnswer phone calls, schedule customer appointments, manage customer profiles and records
nManage cash drawer – responsible for daily cash handling
nManage customer expectations; Resolve customer concerns; Retain memberships
nAdhere to Scenthound sanitary and cleaning practices – keep the reception area clean and presentable
nPerform other tasks and duties as assigned by the Scenter Manager
nSkills and Abilities:
nConfidence in selling services and products
nAbility to connect with customers (both canine and human!) and provide outstanding customer service
nAbility to learn our products and services to educate the dog parents; speak to our values and culture as the basis for our services
nEffective communication with team members and dog parents (in person and on the phone)
