Overview:
As a Fleet Mechanic at Ready Roofer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our company fleet. You will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues, and replacing parts to ensure our vehicles remain in top working condition. This is an essential role that contributes to the efficiency and safety of our daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and services on fleet vehicles to ensure optimal performance.

• Diagnose mechanical issues, troubleshoot problems, and recommend and complete necessary repairs.

• Replace worn or faulty parts, components, and accessories in a timely manner.
n
• Conduct safety inspections and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and avoid costly repairs.

• Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all maintenance and repair activities performed.

Required Qualifications:

• In-depth knowledge of vehicle systems, troubleshooting, and mechanics.

• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
n
• Ability to operate specialized tools and equipment effectively.

• Capable of reading and interpreting technical manuals and documentation.

Education and Experience:

n

n
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
n
• Minimum of 2 years of mechanical experience, with a focus on fleet or vehicle maintenance.
n
• A CDL (Commercial Driver's License) is but not required.
n
