We're hiring an Automation Technical Specialist to join a tight-knit systems integration team supporting custom PLC/HMI automation across industrial, manufacturing, and energy clients. This isn't quality assurance-it's hands-on, full lifecycle automation work that starts at concept and ends in the field.

You'll join a high-performing engineering team at a growing company with long-term project pipelines and a culture built on problem-solving and technical ownership.

What You'll Do

  Design and program PLC and HMI applications (Allen Bradley Programming required)

• n

  Own projects from spec to commissioning , working directly with customers

  n

• n

  Travel locally for on-site startups and field integration (~25%)

  n

• n

  Troubleshoot, revise, and build code for new and existing control systems

  n
n
• n

  Collaborate with sales, design, and end users on custom panel builds

  n
n
• n

  Act as the technical go-to in a nimble, engineering-first environment

  n
n

What You Bring

n
• n

  5+ years of experience in PLC/HMI programming (Allen Bradley required)

  n
n
• n

  Strong knowledge of control panel design , industrial circuits , and field troubleshooting

  n
n
• n

  Experience commissioning automation systems in real-world plant environments

  n
n

  Familiarity with Ignition , AutoCAD Electrical , Python , Java , or SQL

  Experience with motor controls , BOM creation , and industrial networking (Ethernet/IP)
