Quality Engineer

Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a leading manufacturing client to find a full time Quality Engineer for their plant located just 20 minutes from Lebanon, TN.

Key Responsibilities:

n
Identify and resolve quality or production issues
n
n
Develop and maintain inspection standards for service parts
n
n
Resolve Supplier Quality Performance issues
n
n
Investigate and resolve customer complaints and internal quality concerns
n
n
Lead quality activities including FMEA, PPAP, SPC, and failure analysis
n
n
Support internal, customer, and IATF audits; lead audit readiness efforts
n
n
Provide support to Quality Technicians and other staff as needed
n
n
Track and report monthly internal and external PPM metrics; identify trends and support corrective actions
n
n
Participate in Kaizen/continuous improvement efforts and monitor KPIs (e.g., scrap reduction, first-pass yield)
n

Qualifications:

n
Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred
n
n
2+ years of experience in quality engineering or similar quality role
n
n
Strong knowledge of inspection equipment & quality tools (FMEA, 8D, Root Cause Analysis, CAPA)
n
n
Experience with ERP, QMS, MES, or other integrated manufacturing and quality systems
n
n
Automotive manufacturing background strongly preferred
n

Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
