Position Overview
Drive revenue growth by developing strategic relationships with personal injury law firms throughout Atlanta and North Georgia. You'll manage a defined territory of 75-100 established law firms, presenting pre-settlement funding solutions that help attorneys better serve their clients during litigation. This is a relationship-based sales role requiring consultative selling skills and deep market penetration.

Core Responsibilities
Territory Management
- Develop and execute territory plan for Atlanta/North Georgia market
- Manage pipeline of 75-100 personal injury law firms using Salesforce CRM
- Conduct regular face-to-face meetings with attorneys, paralegals, and case managers
- Achieve quarterly revenue targets through disciplined sales process execution
- Present pre-settlement funding solutions through consultative sales methodology
- Educate legal professionals on funding processes, approval criteria, and case requirements
- Develop strategic partnerships with high-volume personal injury firms
- Generate referrals and expand relationships within existing client base
- Establish company presence in competitive Atlanta legal market
- Provide market intelligence and competitive analysis to leadership team
- Support product development and pricing strategy with client feedback
- Contribute to regional expansion planning and market entry strategies
Sales Experience
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience with consistent quota achievement
- Proven track record of managing complex sales cycles (60-90 days)
- Experience with consultative selling and solution-based sales methodologies
- Demonstrated success in territory management and account development
- Legal services, financial services, or professional services sales experience required
- Personal injury legal experience strongly preferred (paralegal, case manager, legal sales)
- Understanding of litigation processes and attorney business models
- Existing relationships within Atlanta legal community a plus
- Proficiency with Salesforce or enterprise CRM platforms
- Advanced presentation and communication skills
- Strong analytical abilities for pipeline management and forecasting
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for territory coverage
