Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $18 - $18 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Grill Cook:

n
Prepare and cook grilled food items according to company recipes and quality standards.
n
n
Operate grills, fryers, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
n
n
Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures are followed.
n
n
Maintain cleanliness and organization of cooking stations and equipment.
n
n
Assist in setup and breakdown of cooking stations before and after events.
n
n
Monitor food stock and communicate shortages to supervisor.
n
n
Work effectively with kitchen and concessions staff to ensure timely service.
n
n
Follow health and safety regulations as mandated by local and state agencies.
n
n
Provide excellent customer service when interacting with guests or other departments
n

Job requirements:

n
1+ year of grill or line cook experience in a restaurant, concession, or stadium setting.
n
n
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
n
n
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
n
n
Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
n
n
