nRESPONSIBILITIES:
nProperly setting up and taking down cook station
nCooking raw and prepared foods
nProperly labeling, dating, and filling pans
nCleaning, organizing, and maintaining refrigerators and hot boxes, and grills
nTaking inventory and stocking/restocking items
nCommunicating with fellow staff members to ensure fresh quality products
nAdjusting to high-pressure situations
nUnderstanding and complying with food safety and temperature standards
nMaintaining a professional and calm demeanor always
nQUALIFICATIONS:
nCurrent Food Handler certificates
nAbility to carry at least 50 lbs.
nStrong communication and interpersonal skills
nAbility to work in fast-paced environments
nAble to multitask and organize
nAbility to stand for long periods
nAbility to reach, bend, squat, and lift while on the shift
nAbility to withstand frequent exposure to smoke, steam, grease, and high temperatures
nKnowledge of kitchen equipment
