As an Account Executive at Cohesity, you will have the outstanding opportunity to work with an extraordinary team and compete in a fast-paced, multifaceted industry. In this role, you will play a key role in driving our business forward by efficiently implementing sales strategies and exceeding revenue targets. You will drive customer satisfaction while maintaining an accurate forecast and collaborating with several channel partners.
HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE:
- Actively prospect and generate qualified sales leads within the healthcare ecosystem. You will represent Cohesity's advanced portfolio of cyber resiliency solution that are critical in healthcare.
- Drive adoption of Cohesity's transformative solutions within healthcare systems helping them achieve operational excellence, robust security and better patient outcomes.
- Engage confidently with clinical and IT leaders in healthcare organizations, ensuring their continued cyber resiliency leveraging the entire Cohesity portfolio and partner network. Identify new upsell opportunities in your account base
- Build lasting, deep connections with the healthcare-focused teams at major EHR, Clinical and Imaging partners as well as Cohesity's diverse group of business partners.
- Developing and curating a sales pipeline to move many strategic transactions through the sales process in the Public Healthcare space.
- Generating revenue by successfully selling the Cohesity solution and working closely with our network of diverse Channel Partners.
- Proven track record of exceptional sales performance.
- Healthcare domain knowledge, especially around key topics and trends impacting IDNs/Health Systems, University Health Systems and rural health authorities.
- Demonstrated experience selling IT, Datacenter, security, cloud and software solutions into larger IDNs/health systems preferably
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience working in a healthcare information technology or hospital setting
- "Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support decision making."
- 5+ years of healthcare sales experience, ideally with experience in enterprise software, EHR, or healthcare IT.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles in the Hospital and ambulatory provider space.
Disclosure Pursuant to Applicable State Equal Pay Transparency Laws - This position has a starting pay range as listed below. Actual salary depends upon many factors, including a candidate's skills, qualifications and experience, location, and salary expectations, and therefore a starting salary at the low end, high end, or even above the stated range may be offered. This position may also be eligible for bonus compensation, commission (if in a sales function), and/or equity grants. Additionally, full-time employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits framework, including health and wellness benefits, vacation, paid holidays and refresh days, 401(k) retirement plan, life and disability insurance coverages, and other benefits the Company may offer from time to time.
Pay Range :
$126,000.00-$157,500.00
The compensation noted above is based on an annualized hourly rate assuming normal full-time employment.
Current pay transparency shows the OTE (On-Target Earnings) for commission-based roles.
