Qualifications and Responsibilities:
- Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program.
- Licensed to practice as an SLPA in Texas by the anticipated start date.
- Preferred 1 year of experience; however, new graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Pediatric experience is preferred; bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
- Provide therapy targeting speech, language, feeding, and swallowing needs.
- Monitor and adjust treatment plans to ensure progress and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to facilitate holistic care.
